- our sale price do not include the shipping cost or any inport duties
- delivery costs are depending on size of item and destination
- the customer is always welcome to pick up the purchased item after appointment
- whenever possible, we prefer to deliver the pieces ourselves
- for longer distances in EU, we work together with different transport companies
- we ensure good packing of the goods and insurance during transport
- all merchandise is delivered at doorstep on ground level

return policy
- items must been returned within 7 days after delivery,
- all items needs to be returned in original packing
- the goods should be in the same condition retuned as they were leave us
- only the amount of the purchased goods will be refunded
- all transport costs, intenational custom duties or taxes will be born by the customer

- bank transfer : you recive an email with the invoice. We ask you to complete the payment within 7 days
